KiMani Bridges is a flutist and composer currently studying musical composition at Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music. She graduated from duPont Manual High School, where she performed with the Symphonic Band and Chamber Ensemble. Her pieces have been performed at the New Works Festival. KiMani participated in the Loretto Project’s Pathways Initiative Program, and she was named a NextNotes High School Creator Award Winner of 2020.

KiMani will be premiering three new compositions during the After Hours session, including the world premiere of “Uplifted”, with Louisville Orchestra Conductor Teddy Abrams and other musical guests.
