Justin Klassen is a professor of Theology & Religious Studies at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, where he teaches a range of courses in philosophical theology and religious ethics. His scholarly work focuses on religion and ecology, theological responses to systemic injustice, and the role of awe in moral formation and the quest for a meaningful life. Along with numerous scholarly and popular essays, he is the author of “The Paradox of Hope” and co-editor of “Aspiring to Fullness in a Secular Age.” He and his family are Canadians now living in Kentucky and frequently exploring its creeks and forests.
