Nima Kulkarni is an immigration lawyer and a Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing District 40. She is the founder of Indus Law Firm and a member of both the Kentucky and Georgia Bar Associations, as well as the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Nima is the first Indian American to be elected as state representative in Kentucky and has served since 2019.
