Sadiqa Reynolds is president and founder of the Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center. An attorney, civic leader and social entrepreneur, Sadiqa has built a career advancing opportunity, equity and economic mobility through public service and community development.
She began her career as a public defender and became the first Black woman to serve as chief law clerk for the Kentucky Supreme Court, the first Black person appointed Kentucky inspector general and the first woman to lead the Louisville Urban League in its 92-year history. During her tenure, the organization’s budget grew from $2.6 million to $17 million, and she led transformative initiatives including the development of the $60 million Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center.
Sadiqa has received national recognition for her leadership, including being named one of USA Today’s Women of the Year, a Woman of Power by the National Urban League and one of BizWomen’s 100 Women to Watch. A graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law, she is a sought-after mediator, consultant, advisor and keynote speaker whose work continues to shape communities across Kentucky and beyond.
