Can laughter itself become a practice of well-being and connection?

Friday, November 13, 2026
4:00–4:45 p.m.

Attendees with a full festival pass or daypass are given priority to select workshops at no additional cost. The workshops will then be free and open to all others on a first come, first serve basis.

Laughter Yoga combines playful laughter exercises with deep breathing in a lighthearted group experience—no jokes or yoga mats required.

Led by Melanie Rudolph, participants will laugh intentionally, breathe deeply and explore how a simple shared practice can help them feel more relaxed, energized and connected.

This isn’t about being funny. It’s about giving yourself permission to experience joy.

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.

I wish I could show you, when you are lonely or in darkness, The Astonishing Light of your own Being!
